2011 Audi Q7 comes with a bundle of feature including a new eight-speed tiptronic transmission, as well as new supercharged and turbocharged engines that improve fuel economy by up to 19%.The 2011 Audi Q7 price starts from £40,135 OTR for the 240PS 3.0TDI quattro version, while prices go up to £54,055 OTR for the 340PS 4.2 TDI quattro model. The new version of the Audi Q7 can be ordered with three different engines, and three different trim levels: Standard, SE and S-Line
The standard trim model starts from 41,260 OTR for 3.0 TFSI quattro while the 3.0 TDI quattro clean diesel version with 240 PS cost is 41,790 OTR. For the SE trim level customers have to pay between 44,165 OTR for 3.0 TFSI quattro and 52,430 OTR for the 4.2 TDI quattro model with 340 PS and equipped with an 8 speed tiptronic transmission. The S-Line trim models are more exclusive starts from 45,790 OTR for 3.0 TFSI quattro and go up to 54,055 OTR for the 4.2 TDI quattro model with 340 PS.
The new 2011 Audi Q7 features two new supercharged 3.0 TFSI petrol engines in spite of 3.6 FSI and 4.2 FSI engines from the current Q7. In terms of fuel consumption, these new engine give 12 to 16 percent more efficiency. To improve fuel economy by up to 19 per cent in the latest Q7, new eight-speed tiptronic transmission combines with new supercharged and turbocharged engines.
The two versions of the supercharged 3.0-litre TFSI engine are able to achieve a combined cycle fuel economy figure of 26.4 mpg and a CO2 output of 249g/km. the first version is able to generate 272PS and a 40Nm torque which makes a sprint from a standstill to 60mph achievable in 7.9 seconds, and to go further on to hit a top speed of 140mph as well as second version produces 333PS and 440Nm of torque, enabling the Q7 to reach 62mph from zero in 6.9 seconds, and to achieve a top speed of 152mph.
