JCPenney All Star Promotion period has been started from November 15, 2009 and it will end on January 15, 2010.
Eligibility: The JCPenney All Star Promotion is open only to legal residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia who are at least 15 years old at the time of entry.
Timing: The JCPenney All Star Promotion begins on November 15, 2009 at 12:00:00 a.m. Eastern Time and ends on January 15, 2010 at 11:59:59 p.m. ET.
How to Enter JCPenney All Star Promotion: There are two ways to enter the Sweepstakes:
