First trailer of “The Amazing Spider-Man Movie 2012” has been released by Sony/Columbia Pictures. It is the 4th sequel of the super hit film Spider-Man. It is also recognized as Spider-Man 4. The movie is set to be released in 3D on 3rd July, 2012 almost 10 years after the original Spider-Man. The cast and storyline of “The Amazing Spider-Man” is totally new. The main stars of the movie are Andrew Garfield (Peter Parker/Spider-Man), Emma Stone (Gwen Stacy) and Rhys Ifans (Dr. Curt Connors).

The Amazing Spider-Man Movie 2012 will describe Peter Parker as a social outcast who is deserted by his parents at a young age. He is developing spider-like abilities in high school while he is bitten by a radioactive spider. Teenager struggling with human problems and super-human crises is focused in the film. Some elements of the story are different compared to original movies. The movie also stars Martin Sheen, C. Thomas Howell, Sally Field, Campbell Scott, Denis Leary, Hannah Marks, Chris Zylka, Irrfan Khan, Annie Parisse, Miles Elliot and Julianne Nicholson.

1st trailer of the movie focuses mainly on backstory of Peter along with a scene with his parents who died while he was just a boy. The death of his parents was never addressed in the previous Spider-Man movies. Peter was raised by his Uncle Ben and Aunt May after he was orphaned. In the preview, Peter is bitten by a spider, developing his powers and starting to climb walls. The preview also shows Dr. Curt Conners, before he is altered into the monstrous villain of the movie, The Lizard. James Vanderbilt and Alvin Sargent are the writer of the movie while Marc Webb is the director.
