Eligibility: American Express Winter Wonder-Win is open only to legal residents of the 50 United States  who are at least 18 years old at the time of entry.

Timing: The American Express Winter Wonder-Win begins on December 7, 2009 at 12:00 a.m. Eastern Time and ends on January 31, 2010 at 11:59 p.m. ET 3. Administrator's computer is the official time keeping device for this Promotion.

How To Enter American Express Winter Wonder Win: During the Promotion Period, visit https://americanexpress.promo.eprize.com/winterwonderwin and complete and submit the online registration form including a valid home address. P.O. Boxes are not permitted. Once registered, you will automatically receive 1 entry into the Sweepstakes each day you log in to the site, and will then advance to the Instant Win Game page and receive 1 Instant Win Game play for that day. Once on the Instant Win Game page, follow the links and instructions to play the Instant Win Game.

Limit: Each participant may enter the Sweepstakes and play the Instant Win Game 1 time per day during the Promotion Period; in addition participants may earn up to 1 additional Instant Win Game play per day through the Tell A Friend Program.
