A 23 year old Amanda Rodrigues Gatti is Arturo Gatti’s wife who has been arrested by Brazilian police in connection with the murder of her boxer husband Arturo Gatti of 37.

Brazilian police said the murder of Arturo Gatti is as "a homicide crime" and for the suspect of Arturo Gatti's murder his wife Amanda has been kept inside the Recife city police station by Brazilian authorities.

Arturo Gatti was found dead in a Dorisol hotel room on Saturday morning at 6 am, July 11, 2009 when he was celebrating his 2nd honeymoon with his wife Amanda Rodrigues Gatti and a year old son at Porto de Galinhas beach in Brazil.
