For those parents who have usually lots of work at home, the Bebe Sounds video and sound monitor helps them to view their child especially if they left child in another room while doing some house chores. It comes with a 2.25″ LCD monitor and automatic night vision and an external antenna for optimum clarity. Extra large 5.5” color display monitor gives you a clear, sharp picture, and the screen is only 1.25" deep, its slim, lightweight design allows it to be placed or mounted almost anywhere in your home.

Now you are not required to stay in one room, if you want to watch and listen to your baby while he or she is sleeping. You can move freely around the house and able to see and hear your baby because Bebe Sounds video and sound monitor is operated on AC adaptor or battery power, still you have several options with this monitor such as you can use the AC adapter for the camera and saving battery life when your baby is sleeping in the nursery.

While you are going to do work in only one room, you can use an AC adapter to power your receiver so that you can also save battery life on receiver. The receiver requires 5 AA rechargeable batteries (included) and the camera requires 6 AA alkaline or rechargeable batteries (not included).

If two cameras are being used at the same time, then Automatic Channel Scan function allows you to automatically scan between both channels. The monitor is featured with a high resolution portable camera that has a built-in light sensor which will automatically turn on the night vision feature when there is no light detected.

You may like to use it as just a sound monitor by turning the screen off. The monitor operates on a frequency of 900 MHz that means it will not interfere with 2.4 GHz cordless telephones, microwaves, and wireless network just requires 6 "AA" batteries.
