Your normal weekly benefit amount will be contained by one deposit. The second deposit will be of $25.

First Time User?

If you are a first time user of Uplink claimant self service, then create a new account. To do this, click on the New User button, that is given at bottom of the website.

You will be instructed to click on the New User button to recreate your account, if for any reason your Uplink account would need to be reset. You Username will be shared with ICC (the job matching) system by Uplink CSS, so that you can use the same user name for both systems.

You will not be able to have a common user name for both systems, if the user name you create in Uplink CSS is already in use in ICC.
