Recently, Cowon’s introduced new PMP (Portable Media Player) X7, which is approved by FCC after finish production in Korea market this week. Now the X7 PMP is available in the South Korean market. Cowon X7 comes with 4.3-inch PMP with touch screen display and 160GB HDD that is able to play video up to 10 hours and 103 hours for music with playback mode.

Portable Media Players frequently come in useful when someone is traveling light and not precisely in a place to access media streaming sites. The latest Cowon X7 portable media player is available in 80GB, 102GB or 160GB HDD. The device also has 2 GB of flash memory on top of the storage, and can playback a lot of different format files of video, audio, and photos, including AVI, wMV, MP3, OGG, WAV, and more. The new device comes with 4.3-inch touch screen, bluetooth, an FM tuner and DivX file support. Additional specs include TV-out, a web browser and an RSS reader. 

According to Cowon’s plan, the X7’s 160GB model will be priced at 339,000 KRW ($302) in South Korea, however, the 160GB Model with dictionaries will retail for 379,000 KRW ($340). Its battery provides up to 103-hour of continuous music playback or 10-hour of video playback. It is also equipped with a RSS reader as well as a web browser. The PMP is available in three colors White, Black, and Purple. For those attracted specifics, the electronics measures 78.6 x 129.6 x 14.5 mm, weighs 212 grams and can also possess hard drives of 80 GB or 120 GB, all using the FAT32 file system.
