Review of Delta Airlines Customer Service

Good review:  Some people have good experience about Delta Airlines customer service. They had worst experienced from other airline. One time, I am flying completely alone without being an unaccompanied minor or with parents completely alone. The flight was from New Orleans to Atlanta to Stuttgart. When I got to Atlanta I got like super lost and couldn't find my gate so I went to the nearest customer service desk and asked them where my flight was she told me where to go, so like thanks for doing that and Delta isn't bad, they really are a good airline they are just going through a tough time because of money problems, so give them a break. Delta rules!

Bad review: I had bad experience through Delta Airlines Customer Service. One day I called Delta customer service because I had questions about the change in my flight schedule. They booked me on a new flight which will arrive at my destination 6 hours later that the originally booked flight. I asked very nicely if there was any compensation - ticket upgrade, meal voucher, and blanket. I was told that there was nothing they could do to make me happy and the customer service supervisor disconnected my call.
