This origami flower could help you to become master as it has got some compound shapes made by simple folding. The process is:

1st step: what you will need?

First you will need a piece of square paper. You can use simple paper, if you do not have origami paper. If you have not a square paper then do not worry, you can make one with A Piece of Printer Paper, Scissors, A Ruler, and A Pencil.

2nd step: if you do not have square paper?

You can make square paper by doing these steps. Take a printer paper, a flap and fold it such as shown in the picture. Mark the line which was made between the triangle and the rectangle with the use of pencil. Cut along the line, with the use of scissors. Now you will have a square.

3rd step: first fold

If you want the color to have on the outside of the flower facing upwards then first fold the color. In half forming a rectangle, fold the paper.

4th step: fold sideways

Fold its sideways according to shown in the picture but remember that you have to end up containing a small square.

5th step: fourth fold

With the fourth fold it starts getting tricky so take a flap and open up a half of square. Now you have to make triangle so flatten the square into a triangle. To make this, see the given pictures.

6th step: flatten the other square

Flatten the other square according to shown in the pictures.

7th step: first actual fold

Now you have a triangle so take one flap and flatten it. To make the flower symmetrical, you have to align the creases in that way which are shown in the pictures.

8tyh step: crease

You have created diamond shape so take flaps from it. Fold the flaps to the line, then to make a crease (mark the shape), unfold them.

9th step: the trickiest part

Now you have to look the pictures to understand because this is the time to make the trickiest part of the flower. Lift the bottom point of the diamond shape (flap) up. To make the bottom flap stays over the top flap, flatten it according to shown in the photos.

10th step: almost done

Over clockwise, turn it. Now fold the diamond’s bottom flap corner inside similar to the previous step.

11th step: 4 more times:

You have to repeat steps 7-10 on the remaining three flaps by taking another flap of the triangle.

12th step: make the flower bloom

To make the flower bloom, you have to take a flap and fold it down and repeat with the other flaps.

13th step: done

You have a flower but it will possibly look unequal or some parts will look diverse than others, but do not worry, with some practice you can make it perfect. Eventually, you will start to see the dissimilarity.
