When users visit www.dtdc.in, they will see options like “DTDC Global”, “Careers”, “Faqs”, “Helpline”, and “Contact us”. Other options are “Company”, “Press Room”, “Tracking”, “products”, “Services”, and “Franchisee”. At the left side of the page, they will see “user login” option, and “tracking” option, also see the information about the DTDC Company. By selecting a location in “Country” option, they can get information about DTDC in that location.

DTDC Courier Tracking:

DTDC courier provides two types of tracking such as “Domestic” and “International”. Users can click on “Tracking” option, which is situated at the top of the home page. After clicking “Tracking” option, they will get the page of “Domestic tracking”. Enter upto ten DTDC Consignment number, separated by comma and click on “go” option.

Note: If the Consignment number does not start with an alphabet, then please add X before the Consignment number. Omit asterix (*) if any in your consignment number.

SMS tracking:

Send a SMS in the format 'DTDC Consignment No.' to the number: 9845324040 to get the current status of your consignment. For Ex: DTDC D03033703 and SMS to 9845324040. This is valid for Reliance phone too. Please provide one space between 'DTDC' and 'Consignment No.'

DTDC Domestic Locations in India are Ahmedabad, Bangalore, Chennai, Cochin, Hyderabad, Kolkata, Mumbai, Northern Ro, Pune, etc.

For International tracking, click on “International” option. Enter your Airway Bill Number to check the status, and click on “check option". Send a SMS in the format 'INTL Consignment No.' to the number: 9845324040 to get the current status of your International consignment. For Ex: INTL N90562900 and SMS to 9845324040. Please provide one space between 'INTL' and 'Consignment Number’.
