If you want to make your journey experience best and enjoyable then just turn to Emirates for travel solutions. There are many services brought to you by Emirates whether you want to search flight information or book flight tickets or look for other resources you may need for your travel.

Emirates Airline has received around 270 international awards in recognition of its efforts to provide unsurpassed levels of customer service since its inception in 1985. It is based in Dubai and started its services into Melbourne via Singapore.

Reviews of customers:

The flight A380 from Toronto to Dubai was sparkling, but with 400 other passengers’ service seemed to be a bit strained. Its staff was helpful. It is really cheap to fly economy and the free layover program is a big plus. The directions are poor and help was limited on the ground.

The seating of business class is arranged in 2-3-2 fashion and very comfortable. You can adjust the seats with the touch screen buttons and there is enough space between the seats. You have enough space to walk around even if the front passenger is in recline position. The seats are molded in such a way that our body fits to get a good sleep. Besides this adjustable headrest, footrests made seating more comfortable. Overhead bins are spacious to hold lot of materials. Over head bin lowers automatically not like other aircraft that opened and closed manually, just a touch of button.

The flight services also includes,

A small LCD monitor embedded in the back of the headrest in front of you with a control handset stashed neatly on the right side of seat. It has double functions, one side is used as remote control for the TV and the other side is used as satellite phone. You can use your mobile phone to call home even at 40,000 ft. For all ages and different nationals, there is enough choice of channels. Everything is there from 20 channels of music to movie, comedy, games.

Besides these all, one channel display a flight map, giving present position, height, speed; time elapsed from take-off and estimated time of arrival. The take-off and landing is also very good with this.

A small menu card is provided by them for food. As a welcome drink, they provide Champagne. The food of exceptional quality for business class is hot and tasty. A choice of vegetarian or two meat meals is also available. With the exception of champagne, all drinks are free. All the time with smiling face to help passengers, the cabin crews are rushing while taking food.

Emirates’ program known as Skywards is its frequent flyer based on the number of miles that your journeys have taken. These add up to gain up-grades, free flights or hotel accommodation. You can find full information on the Emirates web-site at www.emirates.com.

According to some passengers, sometimes the staff does not smile or even talk. The economy seats in the aircraft are very narrow and the tv screens don’t allow you choose any movies or music, seats are almost falling apart, tattered carpeting. It is the only airlines with multi cultural, cosmopolitan flight attendants!

Just did fly from Frankfurt via Dubai to Mauritius and back, so 4 individual flights (Economy).
Food was really lousy, never had such a bad quality and I´m flying a lot!
Emirates claim to have a lot of space between the seat, I don´t trust this!
Overall a very bad experience
