Equitable Gas Online Payment:
Your payment history shows your credit. Payment on time keeps your gas service flowing year round. Using the online tool of payment of Equitablegas.com, you can pay your bill by the due date in several convenient ways like:
- Pay by mail
- Pay by phone
- Pay in person at a local payment center
- Make automatic payments each month using their Direct Payment option, SNAP (Simple No-fuss Automatic Payment)
- Make one-time payment using a check or credit card by a third party, NCO on the web (subject to applicable fees)

For single, one-time payment, use a check, credit card or debit card. A nominal handling charge will apply. Call NCO Financial at 1-800-824-9353 or visit NCO on the web to use this option.

Pay in Person at one of their Payment Centers.
Online Banking:
Use bank’s on-line system and always use your Equitable Gas Company account number from the top of your bill.
After contacting by telephone or email, they respond you within 2 business days of receipt. An account representative may need to verify the service address, schedule a date for a service person to meet you at the property, and discuss any other account requirements. An account activation fee will appear on your first bill in Pennsylvania.
Recurring Auto-Pay:
Recurring Auto-Pay is for regular, recurring payments that will be deducted from your checking or savings account every month. It is a SNAP - Simple No-fuss Automatic Payment.
One-Time ACH:
Make a one-time payment from your checking or savings account.
Call at its business office 412-395-3050 or 800-654-6335 to cancel your budget plan.
Online Residential Service Application:
An applicant must be 18 or older for applying gas service. All persons who are responsible for the payment of the gas must complete application. They are authorizing Equitable Gas to check credit and employment history and to inquire about your credit experience by submitting this application.
Commercial Application:
For commercial application, there is a different application process for smaller commercial customers vs. larger commercial customers based on natural gas usage.
Small Commercial Customers
Customers who will use less than 2,000 MCF of natural gas each year, for example: a pizza shop, hair salon, or small office building can download and complete the Commercial Service Application. After completing mail it or fax the form to the Equitable Gas Company New Commercial Customer Accounts Department only at:

A representative will contact you to review the necessary information regarding your application. An account activation fee will appear on your first bill.
Large Commercial Customers:
Customers who will use more than 2,000 MCF of natural gas each year, for example: a large industrial company, a large commercial or retail building such as a multi-story office building or restaurant need to download and complete both a Commercial Service Application and a Commercial Credit Application. Once completed mail or fax both forms to the Equitable Gas Company Marketing Department only at:
