Maharashtra, Gujarat, Karnataka, Tamil Nadu, Chennai, Andhra Pradesh, Kerala, Punjab, Haryana, UP-E, UP-W, Rajasthan, Madhya Pradesh, Bihar, Mumbai and Delhi are included in these circles. The cheapest tariff plan will be launched by the operators for subscribers to make local calls at just 10 paisa per minute without any packs. The bollywood Star, Aamir Khan will appear for Cheers Mobile Services ad.
