If you want to reach on the top in terms of your look then your diet should consists of fresh fruits, vegetables, beans, whole grains. Many creams, lotions and pills are available that gives you instant glow and prevent wrinkles but all these products may damage your skin at one or other way if you use it for long period of time. But if you want natural healthy skin, feed your skin with foods, which contain lots of ingredients.

1) Tomatoes
Tomato contains Lycopene, which is rich in antioxidants and easily absorbed by the skin as it is fat soluble. It is difficult to find skin care products with lycopene content or if you find, it is expensive. Lycopene also avoid risk of certain cancers. If possible, choose organic tomatoes as it has more concentration of lycopene.

Blackcurrants, cranberries, blueberries, strawberries and raspberries can be considered as beneficial foods for healthy skin. Strawberries are best option for toning the skin.
