The dimensions of Galaxy Nexus are 135.5 x 67.9 x 8.9 mm and weight is 135 gm while Galaxy S2 measurements are 66.1 x 125.3 x 8.49 mm and weighing 116g. This is a thin and lightweight Smartphone than Galaxy Nexus.
Both the Samsung phones come with 1GB of RAM and internal storage capacity of 16GB and 32GB. The devices also have microSD slot card expanding memory up to 32GB.
The Galaxy Nexus and Samsung Galaxy S2 have many connectivity options like WLAN, Blutooth 2.1, Micro USB, 3G/HSDPA, GPRS, EDGE, and Wi-Fi. This user friendly device also supports GSM and CDMA. The Nexus also has Near Field Communication (NFC) support that could be used for Barclaycard or Oyster One Pulse-type touch.
The Galaxy Nexus is equipped with standard Li-ion 1750mAh battery which offers talk time up to 360 mins and stand by time up to 428 hours while Galaxy S2 will be powered with 1650 mAh Battery that provides stand by time up to 576 hours and talk time up to 540 mins.
The Galaxy S2 has primary 8 mega pixel of Camera with 3264x2448 pixels resolution which offers better quality of images and secondary 2 megapixels with video calling support. While Galaxy Nexus come with only 5 megapixel camera with 2592x1936 pixels resolution which is capable of 1080p video capture and video calling and secondary 1.3 megapixel front facing camera.

Galaxy Nexus features Document and Image Editor, LTE connectivity, three-axis gyro sensor, social application such as Facebook, Twitter, Skype, etc while Samsung Galaxy S2 features Gyroscope sensor, Adobe Flash 10.1 support, Picasa integration, JAVA, and many more.
The price tag is unknown for Galaxy Nexus but it will be expected around Rs. 38,000. Samsung Galaxy S2 is priced around Rs. 30,000 in India.
