IHRD stands for Institute of Human Resources Development. The official website of IHRD is www.ihrd.ac.in. In the year 1987, the IHRD was established by Government of Kerala. IHRD operates various schools and colleges for different courses. Institute of Human Resources Development for Electronics was the debut name of IHRD but now IHRD.
