Hero MotoCorp India, the foremost two wheeler manufacturer all over the world has unveiled its new commuter bike with 125cc displacement. The bike is named as Hero Ignitor. It was glanced for the first time at 2012 Delhi Auto Expo with four color variants comprising of sports red, vibrant blue, pearl white and panther black metallic. This year it would be exciting to see the competition between Hero, Bajaj and TVS in lining up 125cc bikes. In the range of 125cc capacity bikes, Hero Ignitor is third bike after Glamour and Super Splendor motorbikes.

Hero has launched two different models of viz. Drum brake variant will be ranged around Rs. 55,900 ex-showroom price and the other model is Disc brake variant ranging around Rs. 57,900 ex-showroom Delhi. Hero Ignitor is a sports bike, which will specially tempt the youngsters of India. This 125cc commuter bike competes with its ex-partner Honda's CBF Stunner. Both the bikes have same engine, design and technologies used but they differ in the performance of engine and price range. The looks of the bike definitely blows away the viewer with its classy and dashing style.
The Digital-Analog meter console, stylish split seat, cool graphics and other such stylish features add the pleasure to ride for the young generation. The flexible engine of the Ignitor generates the 11 Bhp power at 8000 rpm and 11 Nm of torque at 5,000 rpm. The engine assists 5 speed manual gearbox. Hydraulic telescopic suspension is installed at the front whereas conventional spring suspension system is present at the rear end. This adds the superior fuel efficiency and quick acceleration. The trapezoidal headlamps, dual tone rear view mirrors, adjustable rear shock absorbers and split seats add the pleasure to ride with the wonderful addition to the looks of the commuter.
60 Kmpl is the good figure for the mileage to compliment the comfortable ride on the Hero Ignitor. Ignitor sports 125cc ATFT air cooled engine with 4 stroke single cylinder. The engine quality assures the appropriate flow of fuel and air mixture from the carburetor due to which the fuel is burned with more competence. ATFT factor of the engine provides the pleasure of more power, superfluous mileage and slighter carbon emission. Hero Ignitor has the most important feature looked by the youngster i.e. self and kick start option. Alloy cast wheels holding tubeless tyres facilitates the rider with the tight grip on the road and secures the perfect friction required while riding.
Split seats of the bike offers the relaxed seating position to the rider as well as passenger. The analog RPM meter in addition to digital speedometer is very helpful feature of Ignitor. The intensive effect of light beam striking from the trapezoidal headlight of the bike compliments well with the ride at night. It has been found that Ignitor is delivering good results and good reviews.
