For signing in, visit www.cox.com, click on “sign in” option, which is stated at the top side of the page. enter your user ID and password, then click on “sign in” option. If you have forgotten your user ID or password then click on “Forgot user ID or Password”. If you are new at www.cox.com, then click on “sign up” or “register” option and enter your information such as account number, first name, last name, pin, user ID nickname, user ID, new password, re-enter new password, secret question, secret answer, re-enter secret answer, contact email, alternate email #1, alternate email #2, my preferred method of communication, suppress the pin from printing on my bill, cox may share my information with its secured third parties to provide me with special offers, code and accept its terms and conditions then click on “submit” option.
Payment options:
There are different options for payment, that are:
By Phone:
- You can pay by phone using your bank account or credit card.
- Call Cox Automated Phone Service 24/7 to check your account balance and / or pay your bill.
- You will need the phone number associated with the Cox account and the four-digit PIN.
- The PIN can be found on page 1 of the billing statement in the top right corner.

Pay by mail:
To mail your payment:
- Detach the payment coupon from your billing statement
- Enter the amount of your payment on the coupon
- Mail the payment coupon along with your check or money order

A variety of walk-in locatons and Cox authorized payment centers are available, where you can pay your bill in person. Most of these centers:
- Accept cash, check, or money orders
- Many accept credit card payments

Pay automatically with EasyPay:
Customers are allowed to pay their Cox bill each month automatically from a bank account or credit card by EasyPay, an automatic and recurring payment program.

- Make a one-time payment from your checking account or by credit card at no fee

To mail your payment
Click on the Pay Bill button in the upper right corner of the Cox.com page, or click on the View/Pay Bill button on the horizontal navigation bar
Enter your login email address and password. Follow the prompts to access your account status or bill payment options
If you have not created a login email address and password, follow these steps:
- Click Account Settings link on the login page.
- Enter your Account Number and Cox PIN ( the 4-digit number found on your Cox billing statement.)
