'SingTel MyBill' is an Electronic Bill Presentation and Payment service. By online bill pay service, you can cut down the paper usage and save lot of time. SingTel myBill gives customers the opportunity to participate in an environment program with the greatest convenience. You can use the SingTel Mybill service anywhere anytime in the world. If you want to use the SingTel MyBill services, then you need to registration process.
SingTel MyBill registration process divided in 3 steps.
Step 1: Fill up registration form with personal detail like a Identification No., email address, preferred password and submit the form. Before the submission Read, understand and accept SingTel MyBill terms and conditions.
Step 2: Check your email and click on the validation link. After successful validation of email account, you will need a one-time Activation PIN to activate the SingTel MyBill account. You may select to receive your pin:
- By SMS to your SingTel Mobile number registered under your Identification Number (ie NRIC/FIN) OR
- By Email to your SingNet email account registered under your Identification Number (ie NRIC/FIN) OR
- By post at your registered billing address (es) within the next three (3) working days
Step 3: After all process activate your bill, upon receipt of PIN, enter the PIN on the MyBill account activation page.
If you are receiving pin by post, please log in to SingTel myBill using your Identification Number (ie. NRIC/FIN) and the registered password first. Then, enter the PIN at the myBill account activation page.

Customers can pay SingTel bill online by GIRO-On-Demand or Credit/Debit Card. They can also pay Internet Banking - on participating banks’ websites, Post Offices - using NETS/Cash/CashCard/Cheque, Credit Card - AXS, SAM, including standing order, Cheque – send to Robinson Rd PO Box 282, Singapore 900532, Cash Card – AXS, Post Office, 7-Eleven outlets – payment at major 7-Eleven outlets via NETS, cash card and cash. Please bring along your SingTel bill when making payment at 7-Eleven outlets.
