Timing: The HSN Great Gift Giveaway begins on November 1, 2009 at 12:00 a.m. Eastern Time and the Sweepstakes ends on December 16, 2009 at 11:59 p.m. ET and the Instant Win Game ends on December 21, 2009 at 11:59 p.m. ET.

How To Enter HSN Great Gift Giveaway: During the Promotion Period, go to http://hsn.promo.eprize.com/greatgift2009 and fill out the online entry form.

Limit: Each participant may enter the Sweepstakes one time per day up until 12/16/09 at 11:59 p.m. ET and play the Instant Win Game one time per day during the Promotion Period.

Prizes:

• 15 Grand Prizes: An HSN gift card valued between $250 and $1,000. Approximate Retail Value: $250 to $1,000.
