“I Hate Luv Storys” is an upcoming film which is directed and written by newcomer Punit Malhotra and produced by Karan Johar. Imran Khan and Sonam Kapoor are in the lead roles, while Sameer Dattani and Samir Soni play the supporting role in the film. “ I Hate Luv Stories ” is a romantic comedy film produced under Dharma Productions. The film is going to be released on July 2nd, 2010.

The popular designer Manish Malhotra’s nephew Punit Malhotra has worked as an assistant director to Johar. In the film, both Imran and Sonam look great together and the chemistry between them is quite good. The music of the film is composed by Vishal-Shekhar. In the film, there are 6 original sound tracks followed by remixes. In the end of May 2010, the music of the film will be released.

Plot:

In the film, Simran (Sonam Kapoor) loves love story so much that her life has started to resemble one. She lives a delightful, dreamy life with her best job and perfect boyfriend Raj. But her life is rudely interrupted by Jay’s (Imran) cynicism. As per some sources both the stars have done a great job in their own roles. In the film jay lives with maxim “I hate luv stories”. But, he is an assistant director of Veer, the most famous romantic film maker of Indian cinema. Jay has small option to live with larger than life, glossy, cinematic love on daily basis. Things go worse when he is made to work under the new film production designer…simran, with whom he shares the strangest first encounter.
