Once you login and sign up to Insight Broadband Webmail Account, you will receive high speed e-mail delivery to your Insight BB email address.

In each Insight Broadband Webmail account, you can receive up to 6 email addresses with 250 MB of mail storage capacity. You can delete large old emails, and start receiving emails to your Insight BB email address. Through spam email filter, you can keep your inbox free of unwanted messages.

1. Create Additional E-mail Accounts

Visit Insight Broadband Website at www.insightbb.com and click on the “Member Services” link stayed at top right-hand corner of the page.

You will be directed to the following page, where you can find the lots of link located in the E-mail Settings box, click on “Add a new E-mail ID” link from them

Enter your E-mail ID and Password for login,

On the next page, click 'Create a New E-mail ID' given at the right side or at the bottom of the page. On this page, you can also know how many E-mail IDs you have left to create.

You can see Associate Member Information page that separated in to two parts, the top half part of the page pertains to the owner of the new e-mail ID. At this part, you need top enter some information correctly, as it can hinder password resetting and other Member Services features.

At second part of the page, you will need to enter the new E-Mail ID and password that you want to create.

After editing all information, click on Submit, you can receive a confirmation message, that your desired e-mail address is not already taken.

2. E-mail Forwarding

Go on www.insightbb.com website, click on Member Services option located top right-hand corner of the page.

On the next page, where E-mail Settings box is available, click the E-mail Forwarding link

Write your account username and password in the appropriate field, and click Login.

Click on “Turn E-mail Forwarding On” link.

At below of the "Forward all incoming e-mail to the following address:" field large box is given where you need to write the e-mail address to which you'd like your Insight Broadband e-mail to be forwarded.

Check the forwarding e-mail address twice for accuracy, click on Submit button, then confirmation message will be displayed.

3. Change / Reset Your Insight E-mail Password

Visit www.insightbb.com and click on the Member Services,

You will be directed to the Member Services Login page, where you can enter your E-mail ID (address) and click on 'Reset Your Password'.

For additional security and to confirm your identity, you will be asked to provide the correct answers to all three security questions that you have previously chosen.

You can enter your new password in the New Password field and Retype New Password field for accuracy. Click on Submit, your password has been successfully rearranged,

You will receive a verification message, ensure you note your new password and keep it in a secure location.
