If you are working, worship, or attend school in, and businesses and other legal entities situated in Washington County, Tennessee then you can apply to be a member of JCFUC. You can apply online for membership by just filling up the Online Membership Application Form. A Membership Form will be mailed to you, with your account number, to complete, sign and return with your initial deposit of at least $5.00.
