You can participate the sweepstakes via visiting the website www.julieandjulia.com/thegame and complete your official entry form adds required information. Entry period starts from December 8, 2009 to January 31, 2010.

Eligibility: The Sweepstakes is open only to legal residents of the 50 United States of America, the District of Columbia and Canada, who as of the date of their entry into the Sweepstakes are 18 years of age or older.

Timing: The Julia & Julia Instant Win Sweepstakes starts at 8:01 a.m. Eastern Time on 12/8/09 and ends at 11:59 p.m. ET on 1/31/10.

How to Enter Julia & Julia Instant Win Sweepstakes: You may enter the Sweepstakes online during the Sweepstakes Period by logging on to www.julieandjulia.com/thegame and following the instructions found therein. You will be asked to provide a first and last name, street address (no P.O. boxes), city, state, zip code, daytime telephone number (including area code), date of birth, gender, and e-mail address. After providing the required information, click on the "Submit" button. An "Entry" takes place after the entrant clicks on the "Submit" button.

Limit: Only one entry per person during the sweepstakes period will be accepted.

Prizes:

3 Grand Prizes: Each Grand Prize consists of a trip for the eligible Grand Prize Winner and a guest to Le Cordon Bleu in Ottawa, Canada. Each Grand Prize trip includes the following:

• Roundtrip, economy class airfare for two from a major airport near the Grand Prize Winner’s home to Ottawa.
• Four consecutive nights hotel accommodations at a hotel selected by Sponsor.
• Three days of private courses for two at Le Cordon Bleu Ottawa with a personal chef, a gift basket (including a copy of Julia Child’s book “Mastering the Art of French Cooking”, a copy of the “Le Cordon Bleu at Home” cookbook, a Le Cordon Bleu t-shirt and two Le Cordon Bleu aprons), and complimentary lunch with the chef each of the 3 days. The approximate retail value of each Grand Prize is $8,700.00 U.S.

25 First Prizes: Each First Prize consists of a Le Creuset Limited Edition Ultimate Cookware Set including a 2 1/4 qt. Saucier pan; 6 3/4 qt. Oval French Oven; 5.5 qt. 1 Second Prize: The Second Prize is a $500 gift card redeemable at SurLaTable.com. The gift card may be used for purchases from the Sur La Table retail stores, cooking classes, catalog or website at surlatable.com. The gift card is not redeemable for cash unless required by law. If lost, stolen or destroyed it can be replaced for the remaining value with the original purchase receipt. The gift card does not expire, nor does Sur La Table charge fees for any reason. ARV of Second Prize: $500.00 U.S.
