Kid Cuisine Planet 51 Sweepstakes (the “Instant Win Game”) is open only to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia who are at least three (3) years old at the time of entry. Any entry information provided by children under the age of thirteen (13) will be used solely for the purposes of the Promotion and will be destroyed immediately after its conclusion in accordance with the requirements of the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act.

The Instant Win Game Kid Cuisine Planet 51 begins on October 26, 2009 at 12:00 p.m. Eastern Time ("ET") and ends on January 24, 2009 at 11:59 p.m. ET (the "Promotion Period").
