For Kmart Kenny Chesney Summer in 3D Sweepstakes, the participant must be at least 18 years old and who is legal residents of the forty-eight contiguous United States and the District of Columbia. The Sweepstakes has been started on May 9th 2010 and will be ended at 11:59 pm CDST on June 20th 2010.

Eligibility: Legal residents of the forty-eight contiguous United States and the District of Columbia and at least 18 years old participants are eligible for this sweepstakes. Employees of Sears Holdings Management Corporation (“Sponsor”), its respective parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, related companies and advertising and promotion agencies (collectively, “Released Entities”), and the families and/or household members of each of the above are not including. Sweepstakes void in Alaska, Hawaii.

Entry: The Sweepstakes includes seven entry periods which are specified in the following table. You can enter for sweepstakes during any of the entry Periods through www.kmart.com/kennychesney and follow the onscreen instructions to register on the website. You can earn additional entries into the Sweepstakes so enter a valid email address and also enter first name of any individual which would be interested in receiving information about from Kmart.com. One additional entry is provided into the Sweepstakes for each and valid email address you submit. Sweepstake’s limit is up to six entries per person per email address per day.

Following table includes entry period and random drawing with time duration of eligible entry, prizes to be awarded in each random drawing, and ARV of Prizes.

Prize: One grand prize winner will get a trip for one guest to Las Vegas, NV to attend the Kenny Chesney Concert on July 3, 2010 and a “meet and greet” session with Kenny Chesney. Grand Prize consists two nights hotel accommodations (double occupancy room and tax only), two tickets to the Kenny Chesney Concert scheduled on July 3, 2010 and the chance to “meet and greet” Kenny Chesney. Grand prize winner must depart on July 2, 2010 and return on July 4, 2010.

Four first prizes: Each first prize consists of two tickets to the Kenny Chesney concert in Las Vegas, NV on July 3, 2010 and a “meet and greet” session with Kenny Chesney. The Movie Posters, Baseball Caps, Cowboy Hats, Movie Light Tran and Guitar will be designated by Sponsor for winners.

Total ARV of all prizes: $7,175.

Winners list: The list of the winners is available after August 2, 2010. Your self-addressed envelope will be received on November 30, 2010.
