Micromax funbook tablet is loaded with educational content for students. To offer educational material, Micromax has united with many national and international publishers like Pearson, Scholarshub, etc. On this tablet students can access study material form primary to under graduate level as well as interactive video classes. It is ideal mixture of hardware, content and seamless connectivity for a high-class and appealing experience.

Micromax Funbooks offered in 2 models - suave silver and brilliant black and it looks beautiful in both models. It comes with slim and sleek design. The dimension of the table is 122mm in width, approximate 10mm thick and 192mm in height. The front panel of the tablet is packed with VGA camera for video calling and chatting and 3 physical buttons - Back, Menu and Home, while the backside is pretty simple and looks good with the Funbook logo. The light weight tablet is prepared with powerful 1.2 GHz ARM Cortex A8 processor which is already available in Samsung galaxy tablet.

CORTEX A8 processor is fixed with Dual Mali 400 2D/3D video processor which becomes the most helpful for smoother transmission of videos and multimedia processing that means you can enjoy games with fast processing and better graphics. It is equipped with gravity sensor and accelerator sensor which clearly identifies which direction you are holding the tablet and switches to portrait or landscape mode accordingly. The pinch zoom permits users to zoom in and out a picture with your 2 fingers. There are some problems with viewing angle of the tablet, so that, you can not get clear picture at all angle. It also provides 3.5mm jack to connect Micromax funbook with headphones or external speakers.

For the connectivity, it offers HDMI port, USB port, 3G and Wi-Fi. With Micro USB port, you can carry one more cable to connect any of your USB devices. Using HDMI port, you can connect tablet to your TV or projector for HD videos playback on other screen. Wi-Fi 802.11 b/g is also offered in this device to connect tablet with internet. Micromax funbook tablet is packed with TATA Photon+ which cost around 1400-1500 Rs. Funbook is packed with 2800mAh battery which runs up to 5 hours on full charge. The capacity of battery is little bit low, so that you can not expect longer backup time.

Entertainment and Application:

It supports all media player formats like AVI, WMV, WMA, MOV, MPEG2/4, MP3, 3GP and many more. You can also play HD games because of the Mali GPU and view picture with the use of picture viewer. You can browse any sites with the defaulted web browser. The tablet features several fixed apps like BigFlix and Zenga. It also offers Vriti platform which is the best platform to purchase education content like books for school students, preparatory materials for competitive exams like medical and engineering exams in different language. It gives educational content from more than 30 partners.
