Jimena Navarrete Rosete is a Mexican model and beauty pageant titleholder, who won title of Miss Universe 2010 that makes her the second Mexican delegate to win the Miss Universe title, after Lupita Jones in 1991. Previously, she was crowned Nuestra Belleza Jalisco in Guadalajara, Jalisco, on July 16, 2009, and Nuestra Belleza México on September 20, 2009, in Mérida, Yucatán. During the 2010 Miss Universe Pageant at the Mandalay Bay Events Center, she competed in the swimsuit competition.

Jimena Navarrete’s Biography:

Jimena Navarrete Rosete was born on February 22, 1988 and raised in Guadalajara. Prior to her participation in beauty pageants, she studied nutrition at the Valle de Atemajac University. 22 years old MIss Universe 2010 winner, Navarrete competed against thirty-three other contestants in Nuestra Belleza México 2009, where she obtained first place. Also, she became the second consecutive winner from Jalisco, by Karla Carrillo, the outgoing title holder and a close friend who gave confidence her to participate in the pageant. She won the Miss Universe 2010 pageant, the second representative of Mexico to win the title.
