Another buzz on peak today is Move to the groove. To help children a new program "Move to the Groove" is designed by Rhex Arboleda, through which children move little and have some special physical bustle in their lives.
In the earlier period of our parents, childhood obesity was not such as matter as children used to play outside and move around a lot, but these days the problem is on an all high. However, since then the things have changed a lot. People go outside and play after the arrival of fast food chains, electronic gaming and the internet and fewer eat a healthy diet.
The Move to the Groove is created by Rhex Arboleda who is a teacher from Neenah. Children have fun along the way and they don’t feel as if they are doing physical education, in Dance to the Groove. Wisconsin has adopted the ‘Move to the Groove’ program, to cater this program which is aimed at making the children budge around bit.
Music is an important part of Rhex’s life and he is best known for his recent surprise visit by Ty Pennington and the Extreme Makeover Home Edition (EMHE) team last month, among his neighbors and the Neenah community. EMHE redesigned an old ice cream truck to make “Move to the Grove” mobile to better aid Rhex with his mission to help children in America fight obesity through his dance-fitness program. The Extreme Makeover: Home Edition design team, along with dancing with the Stars all-stars is building a house for an interesting and needy family
In 2004, Rhex created the "Move to the Groove" dance program with an ambition of promoting health and wellness. In 2006, the program received national attention and an award for its efforts to help fight childhood obesity and keep kids physically active. The program is less like a gym and more like play, currently in America this program is being used in several elementary schools.
But Arboleda‘s small and olden home is significantly less fit and fun for his wife and five children, than his health-teaching innovations. Go in Ty Pennington of the EMHE ABC program, representing the home renovate side, and dancing with the Stars winners assisting from the dance or fitness area. Together they are going to construct more room on top of Arboleda’s house.
