Bill payment is synonymous to standing in long queues and waiting for your turn. After waiting for hours when it’s your turn, you can hardly expect the person in front of you to pay the bill for you without being rude. Do you imagine payment of your bills with a similar scenario? Time has changed and bill pay is an easy and convenient task now. With the introduction of the online bill payment services, it has become a task that may be completed in seconds. If you are a Home Depot customer, then you do not need to worry about your bill payments. Home Depot offers online bill payment services to its customers for all their Home Depot shopping.
The Home Depot is an American retailer of construction and home improvement products and services. Arthur Blank, Bernie Marcus, Ron Brill and Pat Farrah founded the company in 1978. It is headquartered at the Atlanta Store Support Center in Cobb County, Georgia, Greater Atlanta. The company operates many big-box format stores across the United States, Canada, Mexico and China. The company also offers online shopping and bill payment services to the customers.
To pay your bills at Home Depot, you should have an account on the official website of the company. If you do not have an account, click 'Register' on the home page. You will be directed to the registration page, where you will have to fill the registration form. Click ‘Register’ after completing the form. Now you can make online payments. You can also check your balance and payment due date. It also allows viewing your account statements securely online. The customers can apply for the credit card here.
The customers do not need to pay any annual fee for owning a Home Depot credit card. However, late fees may be applied. First missed payment incurs a fee of $25 and the next late fee will be charged $35 in addition to the earlier late fee. This process repeats for a maximum of 6 billing cycles, though the total collected late fee will not exceed the national legal limit. Same fees and schedules apply for returns of products. The Home Depot credit card does not charge any interest if the bill is paid within six months of the purchase. A minimum purchase of at least $299 is required. The rates range between 17.99 percent and 26.99 percent, but less than half of all applicants will qualify for a rate of below 25.99 percent.
The Home Depot offers four types of cards to its customers that include Consumer Credit Card, Rewards MasterCard, Commercial Revolving Charge Card and Business Rewards MasterCard. You may pay your bills using all these as well. For any of your Home depot bill payments, go to the home page of the site and click ‘My Account’. Now login to your account and select ‘Make a payment’. Enter the amount to be paid along with the 9-digit bank routing number and the bank account number. Enter the date on which you want the amount to be deducted. Confirm the transaction. And you are done. It is so easy.
