1. If you’re existing NBD Online user ID is a name or assumed name then please contact them on 04-3160318 or 600540000 to obtain your Subscriber ID.
2. If you’re existing NBD Online user ID is 12 digits, then your Subscriber ID is the first 8 digits. For example, if your user ID is 567890567890 then your Subscriber ID is 56789056.
3. If you’re existing NBD Online user ID is 10 digits, then your Subscriber ID is the first 6 digits. For example, if your user ID is 1234512345 then your Subscriber ID is 123451.

• For first time when you log on to smartBUSINESS, you will be requested to change your password and update your mobile number, telephone number and email id. This is required so that you can effectively make use of the service.
