Eligibility: The Promotion is only open to legal residents of the 48 contiguous United States and the District of Columbia. All Promotion participants and entrants must be at least 18 years of age as of the beginning of the Promotion Period, must be willing and able to travel to Dallas, Texas for the Challenge, and must be willing and able to participate in the Challenge.

Timing: The "Takers Take the Bank Sweepstakes" commences at 12:00:01 AM Eastern Time on December 24, 2009, and ends at 11:59:59 PM ET on January 22, 2010.

How to Enter Nba's Takers Take the Bank Sweepstakes: To register for the Promotion online, go to www.nba.com/takers during the Promotion Period and follow all of the on-screen instructions to enter.

Limit: One entry per person/email address. Any Entrant who attempts to participate with multiple email addresses, under multiple identities or uses any device or artifice to enter multiple times in violation of applicable entry limitations may be disqualified by Sponsor in its sole discretion.

Prizes: Grand Prize: Trip for 2 to Dallas, Texas for the NBA All-Star Weekend scheduled for February 12-14, 2010. The trip includes airfare, car service, hotel, tickets to the T-Mobile Rookie Challenge & Youth Jam, tickets to NBA All-Star Saturday Night, tickets to the 2010 NBA All-Star Game, and the opportunity to participate in the Takers "Take the Bank" Challenge during halftime with the chance to win up to $1,000,000 in cash.
