Modes of Payment:
Online bill payment:
It is one of the easiest and simplest ways to pay bills at the convenience of your home. No issue with time and place…because using this way, you can make a payment anytime around the world. For it, you have to follow below steps:
- First visit ndpl.com and open the link of online bill payment
- Enter CA number, which you can know from the site by entering KNO number
- As soon as you enter your CA number, you will be asked about your personal detail and payment detail
- You can pay your NDPL electricity bill through credit cards/debit cards or net banking.
Keep in mind below tips while paying bill through credit card or net banking:
- You can’t pay half payment
- Must pay your bill at least 3 days in advance before due date to avoid late fee
- You can pay maximum Rs, 5000 bill at free of charges
- During billing cycle, you can use single credit card for paying maximum five bills
- There is no payment limit for making payment through net banking. In addition, it does not take any extra fees or charges if you have made payment through net banking.
Jeevan centers: Consumer can pay their NDPL electricity bill via Jeevan centers from 8am to 8pm using cash/cheque/DD.
Skypack or Axis bank drop box - by dropping cheque
ITZ cash: If your electricity bill is less than Rs 4000, then you can pay it online by login in to ITZ cash website or at their outlets.
Oxicash outlets: Pay bills up to Rs 4000 by login in its official website and at their outlets
Any time payment machine: It is placed in all TPDDL offices. You can make a payment using this machine by providing required details between 8am to 8pm.
Airtel Money: If you are subscriber of Airtel network or using Airtel money service, then you can make a payment through airtel mobile.
Electronic clearing system: Directly transferring billing amount to company account.
