You can enter the sweepstakes very easily, you just log on to www.nestlefamily.com/holiday and follow the on-screen instructions to register and submit original photos and written caption. The sweepstakes starts on December 2, 2009 and ends on January 4, 2010.

Eligibility: Nestlé Holiday Moments Photo Contest open to legal residents of the 50 US & DC, 18 years of age or older.

Timing: Between 5:00 p.m. ET on 12/2/09 through 6:00 p.m. ET on 1/4/10.

How To Enter Nestle Holiday Moments Photo Contest: Log on to www.nestlefamily.com/holiday and follow the on-screen instructions to register and submit original photos and written caption (50 words or less) that demonstrate fall/winter holiday-time family moments relevant to one of the five theme categories.Together, both the photo and caption will be considered an “Entry”. All Entrants must have a valid e-mail address.

Limit: One Entry per Theme, per person, per e-mail address during the Contest Period.

Prizes:

• Five Grand Prizes: Winners (1 per Theme) will receive a $500.00 Visa gift card.
• Finalist Prize: Forty Five winners will receive a $50 gift card.

Total ARV of all prizes: $4,750.
