Anonymous — Tue, 03/30/2010 - 04:13Hi! Receiving a test error message and unable to get through. Tried downloading a new net browser through Net Zero at prompt and Net Zero service suddenly failed. Also set an automatic update at the time for 3 am and that's when the screen went blank--unable to undo it.. Right now I can't get in with my own current Norton security disk and will not unlock it this time to get through to my main menu. Sent a test e-mail to my address and was almost able to get in.
If you could please send something through to help untangle it, I would really appreciate it. Also, please undo the update for 3 am. I set which could be holding it up. If you need to delete anything on my Net Zero favorites list or entire list which I have downloaded to make it work, please feel free. I really appreciate your time and attention in this matter.
