There are two commercials aired from Grey New York, an agency for ETrade financial corporation, the New E-Trade Milkaholic Baby Ad is one of them in which Lindsay Lohan decided to take legal action.

Lindsay Lohan, the 23 years old famous American star and model filed a one hundred million dollar lawsuit against E-Trade in the Nassau County, New York. In her lawsuit, Lindsay Lohan has contended that the second baby girl of New E-Trade Milkaholic Baby Ad was modeled after her because the one-word name “Lindsay” was recognized with her.

She wants $100 million, the $50 million for compensatory damages and $50 million for exemplary damages. She also demanded that E-Trade immediately stop running the commercial, and turn over all copies to her.

Lohan's lawyer, Stephanie Ovadia, said in a statement to the New York Post "Many celebrities are known by one name only, and E-Trade is using that knowledge to profit," "They're using her name as a parody of her life. Why didn't they use the name Susan? This is a subliminal message. Everybody's talking about it and saying it's Lindsay Lohan."

Pam Erickson, the ETrades’ spokesman wrote in an e-mail, "We have not yet seen the complaint, so are unable to comment.”Grey spokesman, Owen Dougherty said, "“We never comment on litigation, however unfounded.” When asked to comment on the lawsuit.
