New Kawasaki Z1000SX to launch in 2011

A Japanese motor company, Kawasaki is going to launch new sports tourer, New Kawasaki Z1000SX, after sports bike 2011 zx10R and the naked Z1000. Kawasaki creates a new category with the new 2011 Kawasaki Z1000SX. This bike is simple to ride but offers harder sport riding. The new 2011 Kawasaki Z1000SX comes with 1043cc inline-four engine which makes 138 hp. Kawasaki presents Z1000SX as a modern day useable superbike similar to the GPZ900 and ZZR1100. It is a fully-faired version of the Z1000 naked bike with the same 128bhp, 1043cc inline four-cylinder motor. The 2011 Kawasaki Z1000SX comes with completely revised instrumentation, the handlebars as high as a true tourist and widely adjustable windshield. Large air intakes dominate the area under the dome.

2011 Kawasaki Z1000SX has twin exhaust system and the brakes are identical 300mm petal-style twin front brakes with four-piston radial calipers. It also has full fairing, adjustable windscreen, a dual seat, six-speed gearbox, chain drive, adjustable 43mm fork and adjustable horizontally-mounted rear shock. Sporty instrument panel which has analogue tachometer and multi-function LCD screen are also the part of this bike. 2011 Kawasaki Z1000SX is available in two colors variant, Candy Lime Green and Ebony.

The Kawasaki Z1000SX has Supersport-style full-fairing bodywork. A good measure of wind protection, facilitating short touring runs is also offered by the sleek styling. A large analogue tachometer and multi-function LCD screen are featured by Sporty instrument panel. The design is based on that of the Ninja ZX-6R, but features original font and coloring. Other functions like speedometer, tachometer, fuel gauge, odometer, clock, dual trip meters, and warning lamps are also included in this bike.

A 4-into-2-pre-chamber-into-2 layout is also featured in the exhaust system. A quad-style image is also created by Silencer end-caps while main and pre-catalysers ensure emissions are clean. An exhaust device is situated upstream of the right-side silencer. Silencer volume could be kept to 3 litres each due to the under-engine pre-chamber. The weight of each silencer is 3500 g that is contributed to mass centralization and a lower centre of gravity.
