It is available at its official site www.Appraisals.nhs.uk.com. The NHS Appraisal Toolkit is funded by Department of Health and the toolkit is made up with both open access ans secure areas. The open access areas provide general information on appraisal and also useful advice for NHS staff, appraisees, appraisers and trainers of appraisal. And the Secure Area of the site is password protected which ensure confidentiality of the individual’s electronic appraisal record. The main benefit of this toolkit is the amount of time saved by completing and storing documents on line. How to Login:

1) First enter your user id.
2) Then enter your password.
3) Click on Login.

How to register:

1) First select a category whether you are a General Practitioner, NHS Consultant or a SAS.
2) Then enter your user name is used to identify you on the site.
3) Enter your password and again enter your password for verification.
4) Enter GDC number (you can search for GDC number).
5) Then enter title and name, surname.
6) Enter your valid email address as it is used to send you a generated password for the site and again verify your E-Mail address.
7) Enter your telephone number and also enter position/role.
8) Click on continue.

Note: For security reasons, when you receive your personal login, you should change your password using the 'My Profile' Tool when you first log in.
