NvidiaSettlement.com informs Settlement Class Members about the options available to them and of the proposed settlement that may affect their rights. All allegations of wrongdoing are denied and many defenses have been asserted by NVIDIA. The settlement is not an admission of misconduct.

The Plaintiffs are the people, who sued and the company they sued, NVIDIA Corporation, is called the Defendant. A decision in favor of Plaintiffs or Defendant is not made by the Court. All persons, who validly request exclusion from the Class, are also not included in the Class.
