Every Hollywood star is waiting for an Oscar Awards. All of them look gorgeous with their different costumes in the Oscar Awards. The most existing events of the year 2010, Oscar awards are telecasted on 7th march, 2010. It was started at 8.30 PM according to EST and 5.30 pm according to PST time in Kodak Theatre in Hollywood, Los Angeles and California. For CNN along with spokesman, Jonathan Shalit, Myleene Klass, a telly host presented the Academy Awards. The first academy Award got by James Cameron's film. At the 82nd Annual Academy Awards, Cameron's sci-fi received its first Oscar for the best set design and second for best cinematography.

Avatar wins Best Art Direction Oscar - Art Direction which is received by Rick Carter and Robert Stromberg and Set Decoration which is received by Kim Sinclair.

While accepting the Award, Kim Sinclair said that "13 years ago doctors told me I won’t survive and I thought the dream of standing here would never come true. But here I am. I thank hundreds of people who contributed to making this film. Everyday we went to work; we knew we were working with the geniuses.” For best set design, visual effects and cinematography, Avatar won Oscar.
