Miegakure game is an online puzzling game, which is about exploring the fourth dimension to solve puzzles. The game is completely designed and programmed in 4D. It allows for four-dimensional movement at the press of a button one of the dimensions is exchanged with the fourth dimension, otherwise it plays like a regular three-dimensional plat former. This game is wonderful and a real brainteaser.

People can only perceive and move along three spatial dimensions, but are allowed by pressing a button to “swap” one regular dimension with the fourth, invisible dimension. To see inside closed objects, walk through walls, move objects from one dimension to another, hide under 3D shadows of 4D objects, and more, this ability can be used by protagonist. The mathematical concept’s Fourth dimension is made easier to understand by the games medium by being allowed to experience it first-hand, using trial and error, as opposed to being told about it.

For example if there is a wall in the shape of a circle around an object in 2D, it is essentially closed-off, since to reach it one would have to leave the 2D plane. It is also impossible for an outsider to know what is inside.

But us 3D beings can see the object from above, and also simply lift it off the ground to move it outside, essentially teleporting it. Now by analogy, a four-dimensional being could perform many similar miracles to us living in only three-dimensions. This game allows you to perform these "miracles."

Presently, the game is in development and is aimed to release in downloadable form for consoles and PC/Mac. However, there is no announced date and platform even there is no publicly released demo at this point.
