One good news for the PlayStation users that Network Error 8001050F is now Fixed which had occurred on 28th Feb. Sony is able to fix the major source of the problem now and isolate the error 8001050F.
The PlayStation is a 32-bit fifth generation video game console, which was released by Sony computer entertainment in Japan on 3rd December, 1994. On last Sunday afternoon, PlayStation users were not able to log on to play, when they tried sign in to the PlayStation Network, the following message appeared on the screen; “An error has occurred". And then you have been signed out of play station network (8001050F). This problem only affected on older consoles and not the newer, slim version of the PS3.
For this problem, Sony had worked immediately on this error and fixed it. The problem seems to be connected to the shifting of the calendar last night from February 28 to March 1. Between this time, players can only used their console for offline gaming or any other use.
The main network problem was with the internal clock functionality in the PS3 units. As a result, the internal clock date range switched from February 29 to March 1 (GMT). By these specific issues, Play station system has been addressed and fixed by Sony’s technical crew. Now PS users can also manually adjust the time settings or through Internet, if by any chance the time is still incorrect.
