After much gossip, 38 years old British star Ashley Jensen has conformed that she is pregnant and expecting her first child with husband Terence Beasley, who is a former Bill star. Earlier this month, she was seen with a noticeably swollen belly when she walked her dog in a Lois Angele park.

Ashley played Scottish seamstress Christina McKinney in the hit US TV show Ugly Betty, with the last series seeing her character getting pregnant.

Pregnant Ashley met Beasley when they were appearing together in a production of king Lear in London. They married in the woods of Big Sur, California, in a private ceremony in 2007 after six years of dating.

Ashley Jenson has made no secret of her desire to have a child, saying: "It would be great! I think I'd really like it." 

Jensen expecting that she was quitting Ugly Betty earlier this year, while co-star Becky Newton told that she was hopeful that the actress would return.
