QuickBooks is a business accounting software which is developed and marketed by Intuit. QuickBooks new update helps you to save more time and get more organized. QuickBooks 2009 for Mac R8.2 patch, adding Snow Leopard support to the small-business financial software has been launched by Intuit. New Intuit Quikbooks 2010 features include document sharing, document management, invoice customization, and improved reporting. This new update of Quikbooks is made to solve the issue of prevention the customer product codes while doing registration and the Errors comes during importation of IIF files with large customer lists. It has also print previews and report filter’s application in the list report of Vendor Phone.
Snow Leopard support should help to stop crashes when invoice creation and report memorization or within the receive payments and pay bills interfaces. Users have been trained before downloading the update to back up their company files. But maybe some users have experienced an error when upgrading from QuickBooks R7. The resetting the printing preferences can solve this problem. Previously, the company has dealt with printing preferences being removed after upgrading from QuickBooks R5 or R6.
Now, in updated version you can choose the "At-a-glance reports", including 7 new reports this year instead of the static view in the previous version. On one page you can instantly view into your bottom line among great new ways to assess yearly expenses and income comparisons, detailed expense and income breakdown, and more.
The followings are addressed in this new patch:
1. Many improvements for Snow Leopard (Mac OS X 10.6) including:
- Fixed a crash that occurred when creating invoices with various customer/items.
- Fixed a crash that occurred while memorizing some reports.
- Fixed a crash that occurred in Receive Payments and Pay Bills on Snow Leopard.
- Fixed registration on Snow Leopard.
- Fixed Crash Reporter on Snow Leopard.
2. Fixed a registration problem in the first version of the R8 Update that prohibited specific customer product codes from completing registration.
3. Fixed a crash after unchecking '1099-MISC' forms.
4. Fixed an error dialog that sometimes appeared while importing an IIF file containing a large customer list.
5. Printing & Reports:
- Fixed a problem where printing preferences were not retained after upgrading from QuickBooks 2009 R5/R6.
- Fixed a crash that sometimes occurred while printing a preview of mailing labels.
- Fixed a crash that would occur while applying some report filters in the Vendor Phone List report.
