How to book Redbus ticket online?

Visit official website of Redbus (www.redbus.com). On home page you select arrival location from the given locations list under the heading of 'From' and select departure location from the given location list under the 'To' title. And you must select the 'Date' of the journey which you want. After that you click on 'Search' tab. So you can get the list of the name of the travels, bus type, departure time, arrival time, seats of the bus. Here you have options to book ticket for which travels. Choose a travels by which you want to journey and click on 'Book button'. Then you get layout of the bus and select boarding point and click on box which viewed near seat number and fare at bus layout. In the next steps you require entering some identity information and selecting payment option.

Payment of tickets:

For payment of online bus tickets, passengers can use any card. At the time of boarding the bus the passenger carries a proof of his identity (along with the ticket). The payments options include credit card, debit card, internet banking (Internet enabled online bank account), cash-on-delivery (available in select major cities), cash cards (ITZ cash, Done card, OXI cash, Tick business and Zip cash), Mchek mobile payment, mobile payment.

To cancle ticket:

You can also cancel your tickets online. In some cases, the tickets can be cancelled through our call center. When you cancel your tickets you can not get money back to your card / bank account but the money will be refunded in the form of a Cash Coupon which can be used against a future booking on redBus (within 6 months of cancellation). Redbus charges different cancellation fee on the basis of cancellation period. At the time of getting information about cancellation details contact any of Redbus executives on any specific service.

On homepage of the Redbus official website you click on Cancellation which located on top side of the site. Here enter your ticket number and Email ID after that select 'Cancel Ticket' tab.

• Upto 1 week before the travel: No charge (fully refundable)
• Less than 1 week and upto 3 days before the travel: 5% of the total ticket fare
• Less than 3 days and upto 24 hrs before the travel: 10% of the total ticket fare
• Less than 24 hrs before departure: No Cancellation

How to get refund of your online Redbus ticket?

If the bus is missed due to either redBus or its’ partner company's fault, RedBus offers a 100% refund. But if the bus is missed due to any other reason not directly related to redBus no refund is provided. The refund is given as per with their cancellation policy. This refund will be provided in the form of a cash coupon. This cash coupon has a 12 digit alpha-numeric code which can be used as money while purchasing a ticket through redbus. You could use more than one cash coupon during a single transaction on Redbus. You can enter as many as 3 coupons per transaction. However each coupon can be used only once. While you use more than one cash coupon, enter a new cash coupon number then you submit the number using 'calculate'. The balance after the transaction will be associated with the new cash coupon.
