Eligibility: Open only to permanent, legal U.S. residents who are 18 years of age or older, and of the legal age of majority in their state of residence as of February 1, 2010, who are physically located and residing in the WBAL, WBRE, WCAU, WGAL, WHDH, WJAR, WNBC, WRC WVIT and WWLP terrestrial geographic viewing areas (each, a “Local Geographic Area;” collectively, “Overall Geographic Area”) in the following counties:

WHDH: Barnstable, Dukes, Essex, Middlesex, Nantucket, Norfolk, Plymouth, Suffolk and Worcester in the state of Massachusetts; Belknap, Cheshire, Hillsborough, Merrimack, Rockingham and Strafford in the state of New Hampshire; Windham in the state of Vermont.

WJAR: Bristol, Kent, Newport, Province and Washington in the state of Rhode Island; Bristol in the state of Massachusetts.

WRC: The District of Columbia, and the counties of Arlington, Fairfax, Prince William, Spotsylvania, Stafford, Frederick, Clarke, Fauquier, Loudoun, Warren, Jefferson, Culpeper, King George, Orange, Page, Rappahannock, Shenandoah, Westmoreland, Berkeley, Grant, Hampshire, Hardy, Mineral, and Morgan in Virginia; the counties of Montgomery, Prince George’s, Calvert, Charles, Frederick, Allegany, St. Mary’s, and Washington in Maryland; and Fulton county in Pennsylvania.

WVIT: Hartford, New Haven, Litchfield, Middlesex, Tolland, Windham, and New London in the state of Connecticut.

WWLP: Franklin, Hamden and Hampshire in the state of Pennsylvania.

Timing: Sleepy’s Dream Getaway Sweepstakes  will begin on February 1, 2010, at 12:00:01 A.M. ET and end on February 28, 2010 at 11:59:59 P.M. ET.

How to Enter Sleepy’s Dream Getaway: To enter, there are two options

• To enter in person: Throughout the Sweepstakes Period, visit a participating Sleepy’s location during regular business hours and obtain a Sweepstakes entry form from the Sweepstakes display. Then, on the entry form, or on a piece of paper legibly handprint your first and last name, complete address (including zip code), telephone number (including area code), date of birth, and e-mail address and submit it in the specially marked Sweepstakes entry box . • To enter via Online: During the Sweepstakes Period, access the Sweepstakes web site at www.sleepysdreamgetaway.com  and follow the onscreen instructions to complete and thereafter transmit the entry form. Information required on the entry form consists of your first and last name, complete address (including Zip Code), telephone number (including area code), date of birth, and email address.

Limit: Limit 1 Entry per person/email address per day.

Prizes: There will be 1 prize awarded, consisting of the following: A trip for winner and 1 guest to a yet to be determined destination city. Trip destination to be selected by Winner, in writing, and Winner’s choice of destination city is subject to the subsequent approval of Sponsors. Trip consists of round-trip, coach-class air transportation for Winner and his/her Guest from a major commercial airport near Winner’s residence to a major commercial airport near Location; standard hotel accommodations for up to 6 nights at a hotel in or near Location; round trip ground transportation between airport and hotel; and five hundred dollars ($500) for Winner to be paid by check or in such other form as determined by Sponsors in their sole discretion. The Approximate Retail Value of Prize is six thousand five hundred dollars ($6,500).
