In Auto Expo 2010, Tata Motors unveiled their three models such as Tata Aria, Tata venture, and Magic Iris. The Tata Aria has three rows of seating. It features with dimming roof lamps, 3D surround sound, a high-tech infotainment system, multifunctional steering wheel, in-dash built in GPS, double air conditioning with automatic climate control and cruise control. For safety in Aria, first time Indian OEM provides 6 airbags and ESP. The Aria is one of the safest vehicles due to chassis frame comprising advanced hydro formed members, dual zone collapsible steering, and a stiffened body cage.

Aria has 2.2 liter DICOR (Injection Common Rail) diesel engine which delivers 140 PS power and 320 Nm torque. Aria’s interior part is luxurious and spacious. Its theater style seats are in three rows. The second row slides and inclines, and the third row can fold flat along with the second to yield a large storage area.
