Tata Photon plus is High-Speed Internet Access of Tata Indicom which is a new Broadband wireless service for the business users and technology enthusiasts across India. Tata Photon plus allows customers to get Live TV, Broadband music, video streaming, and interestingly “3G-like Speed” on mobile. Basically Tata Photon is an improved name of Evolution Data Optimized (EVDO). Tata Photon plus, the next generation technology offers mobile internet connectivity solution. With Tata Photon Plus, you now have access to the internet at never before speed of upto 3.1 MBPS on the move without any wire connection.
Currently this service is available in the limited cities. TATA Photon Plus is a plug and play service because the users just have to plug the USB Modem into their Laptop or Desktop PC and access high speed internet. The gadget can be used with the different OS-Win 2000, Win XP, and Win Vista as well as it is completely free from wires. As it provides you with wireless freedom, this service is not at all expensive. I've my bsnl evdo in indore,,which varies from 0 kbps to 1990 (maximum,,sometimes) kbps,,,,and the average speed is about 850kbps,,,,,Thus sounds good for me,,,but same cant be said for the same device, for different users in different areas.....
So its all about your location to get strong connections,,,,
Also you may extend your device by buying a usb to usb connecting cable and adjust it for more connection strength....
I think ,,,it would be helpful for all of you wireless users...
I've learned all these techniques by using my evdo ,,,I've been using it,,,,for a long time.....it worked 4 me a lot....thanx
