Anonymous — Mon, 09/13/2010 - 19:08Tata Photon+ services really sucks. They claims upto 3.1 Mbps speed without any minimum speed guarantee.I get 100-200 kbps speed that too after I connect my photon+ device with the a antenna they have installed.
They customer care is worst in the world, they open the issue and close it claiming issue is resolved without fixing the issue. I'm suffering for last four months after buying this worst ever device. Looks like they have managed to get best gadget award by wrong means.
